Not for the faint hearted and not just for the ultra-fit!

What is the Wild Outdoor Boot Camp Fitness Class?
The wild outdoor boot camp is our favourite fitness class. You’ll love it as much as we do. You’ll experience “barefoot running”, “reverse tree climbing” as well as “tyre flipping” and “sledge hammering” – and maybe even some vitamin D – it doesn’t get much better than this!
During the summer this workout takes place in the local woods using what nature has given to use for our gym. In the winter we train at the Ashford Rugby Club – but with more intensity than our usual classes.
The wild outdoor boot camp fitness class is tougher but this doesn’t mean you have to be ultra fit to join in.
Anyone who can run 3km at a steady pace could do this class, and like all of our classes the exercises and distances run can be modified to your ability. We guarantee it will be varied and progressive pushing your body to its limits.
If you’re into “OCR races” or intrigued by “Mud Runs” then this class is a must. Your personal best is only the next target.
By attending our fitness classes, you’ll be surprised how quickly you progress towards this class.

- A willingness to train regularly
- Comfortable clothing with supportive footwear suitable for outdoor exercising
- A pair of training or cycling gloves
- Bottle of water

In the woods we have a variety of natural equipment to use.
- Hills
- Logs
- Trees
- Car tyres which we carry to the woods
Winter equipment

Still an outdoor class we’ve got plenty of space to train using
- Car and tractor types
- Empty beer kegs
- Sand bags
- Ropes
