Our fitness classes offer a challenging free-weight workout for your entire body

What’s different about FLI Fitness classes?
Our fitness class offer a full body workout, that’s perfect for all fitness levels, any of the exercises in this class can be adapted to suit your ability.
Unlike many Boot Camps, the fitness class we provide is not military style but we will challenge you otherwise you won’t feel and see the benefits. In these outdoor classes we’ll be building your strength, improving your muscle tone and definition.
We do a mix of high intensity interval training (HIIT), cardio and resistance exercises all focused around circuit training and tabata training.
Varying the class week-by-week, we rotate the sessions so that you’re only ever doing a circuit for 2 weeks.
- Week 1 you’ll learn the routine and work on your technique
- Week 2 we step up the intensity and push you on

FLI Fitness Membership
Membership offers you total flexibility so you can always be a at class at a time to suit you!
We offer the choice of one, two, three or unlimited sessions each week, which you can pay for monthly. Alternatively if you do not want to commit to regular training then you can pay as you go.
Sessions can be taken at any one of the classes. So if you choose a fitness class membership for three sessions per week you could attend Monday’s class at 07:00, Wednesday’s class at 19:00 and Friday wild outdoor bootcamp at 09:15, the choice is yours – all you need to decide is how many times you want to train each week.
What will I need?
- 1 hour of your time
- A willingness to train regularly
- Comfortable clothing with supportive footwear suitable for outdoor exercising
- A pair of training or cycling gloves
- Bottle of water

We’re an outdoor class, so we have plenty of space to train using
