What does FLI Fitness Class Membership offer?
Our membership offers you total flexibility so you can always be a at class at a time to suit you!
We offer the choice of one, two, three or unlimited sessions each week, which you can pay for monthly. Alternatively if you do not want to commit to regular training then you can pay as you go.
Sessions can be taken at any one of the classes. So if you choose a fitness class membership for three sessions per week you could attend Monday’s class at 07:00, Wednesday’s class at 19:00 and Friday wild outdoor bootcamp at 09:15, the choice is yours – all you need to decide is how many times you want to train each week.
FLI Fitness are now based at the Ashford Ruby Club. Here we hold our one-to-one personal and group training, and health coaching in the warm and pleasant environment. We hold our Boot Camp classes outside in the car park. In the summertime we hold Bootcamp classes in the Wild Woods, near Canterbury.
