Our fitness classes offer a full body workout, that is perfect for all fitness levels, any of the exercises in this class can be adapted to suit your ability. We do a mix of high intensity interval training, cardio and resistance exercises all focused around circuit training and tabata training.

Wild Outdoor Boot Camp

The wild outdoor boot camp is our favourite fitness class. This workout takes place in the local woods during the summer using what nature has given to use for our gym. We train at the Ashford Rugby Club during the winter.

Our primal movement mornings are not only fun and exhilarating for kids, they will also promote confidence and help them stay grounded and peaceful. Each session ends with some Mindful Meditation so they return home safe and calm.
