Our fitness classes offer a full body workout, that is perfect for all fitness levels, any of the exercises in this class can be adapted to suit your ability. We do a mix of high intensity interval training, cardio and resistance exercises all focused around circuit training and tabata training.

Beginners Fitness Class
Our beginners fitness class is a low impact workout, but based on high intensity interval training (HIIT) and a mix of cardio and resistance exercises, which includes element of circuits and Tabata. An essential class if you’re new to exercise, as we teach you the right technique.
Wild Woods Kid’s Boot Camp
Our primal movement mornings are not only fun and exhilarating for kids, they will also promote confidence and help them stay grounded and peaceful. Each session ends with some Mindful Meditation so they return home safe and calm.
