FLI Fitness is run Steve Denby, a practitioner with over 25 years experience working with clients world wide. He has dedicated with a passion a lifetime of studying and working with Chiropractors, Kinesiologists, Physical therapists and Emotional therapists. As a practising therapist he focuses on your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual body thus engaging you in a holistic approach to wellbeing.
Upon identifying and removing many background causes of pain, disease and emotional stress, the body can return to a normal state of self healing. You may also be pain free but are struggling to fulfil personal goals, working with your Health Coach will help you remove mental and emotional blocks that may be stopping you awakening to your full potential.

If you’re looking for something a little more personal, FLI Fitness provide personal training sessions. Maybe you’ve got a goal in mind such as getting into shape for a wedding? Or would you like to ensure that your toned in time for holiday? Perhaps you just want to see your fitness levels progress a little quicker? We can accommodate you. Our trainers offer private 1-to-1 sessions, with unique programs for you. Or you can split the cost with some friends as we can accommodate small groups of up to four.
For all of our private sessions we use the gym at the Ashford Rugby Club. You can take on something outdoors, similar to our bootcamp sessions – but, it’s upto you.
We aim to inspire and empower you to maintain an outstanding level of health, fitness and vitality. After all, your health and the way you feel about your body affects your quality of life.

FLI Fitness Classes Ashford Kent
We offer a range of fitness classes that are similar in style to a Boot Camp class and are great if you’re looking to get in shape, stay fit in the offseason for your sport or pushing yourself for an Obstacle Course Race (“OCR”) or other type of muddy race. If you are new to exercise we can look after you too. Every exercise can be adjusted to suit your current ability.
We exercise outdoors
All our fitness classes are run outside when we can. Meeting up at the International Hotel, Ashford, we can use the facilities there to get changed and keep your valuables safe.
Working out outside is exhilarating, getting out into the fresh air has benefits of its own. We like it as it allows us as trainers to give you a more varied workout. Our high intensity interval training (HIIT) uses a combination of circuit training, free weights, specialist equipment and Tabata – all to help you work muscles you never even knew that you had!
Our trainers run 11 fitness classes per week, in the mornings and the evenings, so you can book a fitness class that suits your schedule.
